I started the "I Couldn't Resist Series" a few years ago while I was an Art Director at an advertising agency in Portland, Maine. Unbillable hours are a drag at any job. Get a coffee, surf the web, talk to neighbor, get another coffee, repeat, repeat. This series became a way for me to explore new ideas and techniques during my downtime. Fast forward to now and I am running my own studio. There is no downtime. But the ideas keep coming to me, so today I made some time for this piece. It was fun. It's inspired by two great quotes I heard recently. "The journey is the destination." & "The harder I work, the luckier I get." Viva la Hustle. Click-Zoom.
